Lasers penetrate deeply into the body and have the ability, like needles, to stimulate acupuncture points. We commonly use lasers on young children for whom needles are just too frightening.

Some adults with needle phobias also respond well to laser acupuncture. We use the laser on ear acupuncture points when performing allergy elimination treatments. Lasers are also good for reducing meridian energies in those with inflammation. We use red lasers for stimulating acupuncture points and a special blue laser for treating inflammation.
